Lunch & Learn Education Session: How Limited is the Liability of your LLC?
Featuring: Ty Zeller MAIS, JD Business Advisor
Ty Zeller was hired by UHV Small Business Development Center, as a business advisor. He will service Victoria, Jackson, Calhoun and Aransas counties. Ty practiced law for 25 years in the Victoria area representing governmental entities, banks, title companies, various non-profits and small businesses. He also served as Port Lavaca City Attorney for 12 years as well as Port Lavaca Municipal Court Judge. Ty received his bachelor degree from UHV in 1986, his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1989 and a master of arts in interdisciplinary studies from UHV in 2012.
