Troy Richardson, a business development specialist provides cybersecurity related advising and training to his clients in the Texas South-West Border Small Business Development Border network. Mr. Richardson spent 22 years with the Federal Governement to include active military and cilivialn service specializing in security, intelligence, cybersecurity training, program managment, and anaylsis. He has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Colorado Techincal University and a Master's Degree in Science in Cybersecurity from Liberty University.
