Lean Operations for Small Businesses

​TMAC in partnership with Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce is providing free of charge workshops and assessments to companies that have been impacted by the effects of Hurricane Harvey.

This four-hour workshop, created in response to the Business Assessment Survey, covers the fundamentals of waste identification, process flow, and customer demand (pull). Participants will learn how to effectively identify sources of process waste and will be able to brainstorm for solutions. Templates and examples will be provided during the session.
