Leadership Aransas County (LAC) is the region's premier leadership development program for active community leaders. Leadership Aransas County's leadership program is designed to give the leaders of today the tools they need to grow their impact in Aransas County. In LAC you will gain a thorough understanding of the community we live in. From the history, local government, tourism, economy, education, law enforcement to healthcare, planning and media, you will be amazed as to how much you learn.

LAC requires a commitment of time and energy. Most sessions are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month with a couple of exceptions. Attendance at the opening retreat (Rope's Course) on Saturday, September 25, 2021 is mandatory.
