A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM
The program is helpful for businesses in any service industry and employers have seen improvement in employees' customer service skills following their participation. Feedback received by employees during the hospitality training gives them more confidence in working with the public.
The Texas Friendly Hospitality Training Program is a program of the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service.
